a. Is there stock of all the products?


Yes, all published products are in stock if they are listed on the site.

b. Did I make a purchase and they told me there is no stock?

It really does not usually happen, in case it is, they will be communicating from the customer service sector to provide you with a solution.

2) Shipping

We ship door to door via OCA to the whole country!

And by DHL to the whole world.

How much do they cost?

Domestic shipments are free on all purchases over AR$ 10,000. In case of not exceeding this amount, the shipment is calculated by OCA.

International shipments will be calculated by DHL.

How long does a shipment take?

CABA & GBA: 24 to 72 business hours once the purchase is confirmed.

Indoor: 2 to 4 business days once the purchase is confirmed.

(Shipments may suffer a delay of 2/3 business days in purchases made during promotions)

Worldwide: depends on the destination, it is reported once the purchase is made.

3) Change Policy:

a. Term: the request for changes can be made within a maximum period of 10 days once the product is received.

b. Product Status: Only unused product exchanges will be accepted. A status check of the product will be carried out once it has been received in our offices. They must have the corresponding labels with which they were delivered.

c. Cost: In the event that the item sent was not the correct one, the exchange is free of charge. If the change is requested for another item, the cost of the new shipment must be paid by the customer.

d. Price differences: if the product to be exchanged is cheaper than the new product to be obtained, the customer must pay the difference via a MercadoPago payment request. Inverse case, the customer will have the difference in the balance in favor to use in his next purchase. Cash will not be delivered if there is a difference in favor.

e. Stock: in case of requesting a change to the online sales office, customers will only be able to choose products that have stock at the time of managing the change. To request the withdrawal of a product for an online sale, please write to us at [email protected] indicating:

g. Follow:

Once the purchase is made, we will be sending you by email your OCA / DHL tracking number where you can follow the status of your order step by step.

h. Returns:

Refunds of money are in exceptional cases if something unforeseen occurs. If so, the money is returned through Mercado de Pago.
